Architectural pattern glass is glass which has a texture that provides partial or full privacy to a room by obscuring images seen through the glass. It is an inexpensive way to add character and style to the home without undergoing messy or expensive renovations.
Architectural glass is usually 4mm thick, and has a texture embedded in the glass during the manufacturing process while in a molten state. The pattern can be made with a roller, but could also be formed by other pattented processes unique to a manufacturer.
Pattern glass is typically clear, although it may also be coloured.
